ENNOBLE is about elevating disability citizenship in Aotearoa New Zealand.
24% of NZ’s population experience disability in some form (Census 2013). The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities as ratified by the NZ Government in 2008 called for a transformational change in how disabled people are viewed in society.
Disabled New Zealanders want a society where we are seen as productive members of New Zealand’s dynamic landscape.
ENNOBLE can work with organisations seeking to grasp the emerging opportunities offered by reframing our thinking about disabled people.
Co-creating is all about New Zealanders bringing experiences, meaning and beliefs together to foster innovation and create new possibilities with huge potential. ENNOBLE can support your organisation to understand, engage and connect with New Zealand’s disability community at governance, management and operational levels.
Our unique approach is informed through international research and guidance from lead researchers and disability leaders.
